SG Sound and Light Integration Features:
1. Double-sided display, audio and video present:
- Unique diffuse reflection mechanism lampshade eliminates visual blind spots, improving long-distance visibility.
- Color light column installation and replacement · Convenient sequence, no auxiliary tools required.
- Lampshade material is PC resin, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, and has good light transmittance. Features five color indicators: red, yellow, green, blue, white.
- Built-in 2GB FLASH, mini 2.0 interface for replacement. Expandable SD card, supports up to 32GB.
- 8421 encoding, 63 controllable music tones, volume up to 78 decibels, MP3 high-fidelity format, suitable for use in various environments.
- NPN/PNP type high-power MOS tube, optoelectronic isolation drive, seamless connection with PLC-I/O.
- Industrial-grade AES resin housing, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, IP45 protection level.
- Installation position: Indoor - upright, inverted; Outdoor: upright installation only.
- Features expansion interfaces for Profibus-dp, Device-Net, Ether-Net, Ether-IP, Profinet, CAN fieldbus.
- Complies with EC directives (Low Voltage and EMC directives), voltage is DC24V type. Complies with CE mark, DC24V type corresponds to UL standard.
2. Bus Data Communication:
- Based on Profinet/Ethernet bus and Industry 4.0 network architecture, configured with line PLC for real-time data interaction and display, reproducing rich BI display interfaces;
- Multiple RJ45 network interfaces, supports device cascading and tree-structured wiring mode, forming one-cable-to-end, dynamic monitoring and other flexible features.
