The core of the PMC (Production Monitor Control) monitoring system is an application software developed on the basis of configuration software for real-time monitoring of automotive process parameters. Developers can create PMC software suitable for workshops such as stamping, body, painting, and final assembly according to the equipment process characteristics of different workshops. This system allows operators to see the status of various systems, stations, and related information in real time. It also displays the connection status between application systems. Operators can click the corresponding workstation area buttons to understand their operating status and parameter values.

Body Identification/Body Tracking System (AVI) monitors the movement and processing status of vehicle bodies being processed in the body shop, white body storage area, paint shop, post-paint body storage area, and final assembly shop. The Body Identification/Body Tracking System detects the type and movement of the body by collecting signals from limit switches, barcode scanners, and other sensors installed on site, and creates tracking models and records body movement on the server computer. We provide a complete solution and have custom-developed a code reading device, the steel barcode reading station.

In modern automobile production lines, it is often necessary to reserve a vehicle buffer zone (a temporary vehicle storage area) between painting and final assembly. Through this buffer storage area, the upper level can implement vehicle production according to plan, step by step, and in order through production scheduling tasks. Therefore, the significance of this vehicle storage area becomes very important as it relates to the scheduling efficiency of the entire production system, production rhythm, product quality, and so on. Based on this buffer storage area and to maintain and monitor it, we define this system as the PBS system (PBS stands for Painted Body Store). The PBS system is an intermediary buffer zone connecting the painting and final assembly processes of the automobile production line. We developed the PBS system on multiple sites including FIFT Fiat, perfectly solving the vehicle buffering problem.

We not only develop stable and reliable hardware devices, but also continuously deepen development on the software interface. Several ANDON software we developed have always aimed to reduce complexity with a user-centered interactive system design. This kind of "simplification" is an almost ideal state in human-computer interaction discipline. Designing to establish a simplified interactive system will subtly enhance certain human abilities, not just serve as software control paired with hardware.
