32 card slots located on the rear side: 16 terminals used for digital input; 16 terminals used for digital input or output to connect external encoders and sensors.
After the device is powered on, it automatically performs online self-test for lamps and buttons.
Real-time communication via Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, and CAN fieldbus.
