"No production or shipment without the LED display board." This rule requires that when the number of display boards decreases, production volume must be correspondingly reduced. Since the display board only represents the necessary quantity, using it can automatically prevent overproduction and achieve correct delivery volumes. The LED display boards should be stored physically, and the upstream process produces in the order of removing the display boards. By following this rule, managers at the work site can clearly see production priorities at a glance. By viewing the display boards, they can see the progress of work in subsequent processes, inventory, and other aspects.

The functions of the LED display board include task assignment display, picking registration, task progress entry, and work hour feedback. Workers can obtain the tasks they need to complete during their shift through the LED display board, collect corresponding materials from the semi-finished goods warehouse on site for processing, perform picking operations via the LED display board, and provide on-site material flow information; after completing the tasks, staff enter task progress through the LED display board to feedback task progress and work hour information to the planning and scheduling level.
